Yeah, I just checked caltrans site......
Damn it...still closed. Not enough shovel pushers out there, they're all shovel holder Sups. :mad:

ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE

really got washed out,a good size loader can scrape asphalt pretty fast

Watch out for the low spots on 177. They sneak up on you if it's raining!!

Drove Rice last week and it was fine and friend of mine in Havi said no more rains since last weekend....so it should be just fine....I'm just going a slightly different route than normal so I was gonna give the 62 a shot....guess I have to drive thru the whole Palm Springs basin afterall :(
CHP site didn't have squat about road conditions...just accidents :notam:

The 95 north of Vidal Junction was also closed. Sucks for people going to the Landing.

didnt care for it,you break down out there some 29 palms tweekers gonna put you in big pot,cook your ass like bugs bunny,then if your wifes with you,,,,,,,,,those were my thought driving down that road

Saw that last week too.......they even had a sign at the Rice exit telling you so........
Not that there are many going there anymore after most have been booted out of their houses/homes. :frown:

I'm slightly larger than dat waskilee wabbit :wink: ...take at least four or five of them skinny little scab faced tweakers to take me down......
