Cheapest hotel in town is the Mar De Cortez. It has a pool and a little restaurant no phones or TV's. It's right up the street from the Giggling Marlin. You can walk everywhere in town from there. Try Aero California or Mexicana for the low air fares. Check Alaska too though, they have some cheap air deal going on right now.

Did 3 nights at RIU Palace in Cabo. All inclusive - liquor dispensers in the roon. Around $200/night incl food, drinks, etc.
