There is plenty of parking. If not, we are looking for land to build a toy garage, so you can put it there if you buy three. :rollside:

Seems like around here "downtown" living is a fad disappearing.... A lot of profesionals moving back to the burbs...
I like what yo have there, though... Much more than hirise living; It looks like living at a spa/resort....
Are you planning montissori, preschool, or daycare
on site?
Are parking spaces going to be deeded like in a lot of residential towers in the big city? I've seen parking spaces as high as 150K in boston...

I can't believe people would pay that kind of money to live on top of each other (in Vegas). wow

It is all the rage here now. Those towers are popping up all over the place. Everyone thought the people at Turnburry were crazy asking 600 k for a lower floor 1200' condo with NOTHING inside. The first three towers are all sold out and still going strong. I think there are over 80 of these projects in the planning stages right now.
They call it the Manhatinization of Vegas.

When he means nothing inside, no walls, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, etc.
This is exactly right, that's why our smallest is 2500 sq ft. and they come fully finished with high standards. Where others offer options, we offer standards.
Many of the ads you might see for towers in Vegas are in the conception stage. There are only a small number of them ready to go.
Compare our prices and standards to others and it is a much better value compared to the competition. Not only that but the amenities are a long list with some cool things to do around the towers where you don't have to leave to get something done.

The day care thing is getting figureed out. It is near a few schools in the Southwest side of Vegas.
Parking spaces will come with each unit, all in the garages under the towers. You also have the option of getting a garage in the garage. Make sense?

We are less per square foot than 95% of the others there, but our price may seem higher because where you get 1000 sq ft somewhere else, for just a little more you get 2500 sq ft from us.
There is so much standard with us that all you need to do is put in the audio/visual options and you are good to go. There are some cool audio/visual options as well. ;)

They are building some of these "Corporate Towers" in Irvine. Very popular with the single Executive crowd.
I don't know. If I can't sit on my porch with a Bud Light and a fine cuban cigar, it ain't home. :D

there's something to be said about that....
Neighbors around the corner from me spend more time in the garage smoking and drinking while watching NASCAR... Won't be none of that up there :D

Ok, for those of you who are reading this thread....
ROZ and OC will not have any business in the sexual escort dept whatsoever at these. They have hijacked this thread... DAMNIT!!! :lightsabe
However, if you would like to buy based on their little conversation going on, then that policy might change for you. :D

We were in no way suggesting that any shenanigans of the sort will occur at your fine residence... I was meerly stating that the bosses will be at the club, while our workers instal the finest in Home Automation and theater, as well as casing the abodes with the rarest of trim, err, mouldings abd casings.. We appologize for any misrepresentation in previous posts. :D
BTW, You can find us at Spearment Rhino daily. Let us know when you're on your way so we can have a drink and sandwhich ready for ya :D
