I got a phone call from Bob Bilbo over weekend about an upcoming Event, I thought some of you might be interested in.
Bob Bilbo's owns LynWeld Co in Wilkes-Barre Pa.
LynWeld was the manufacturer of Lyndwood Dragster chassis.
These were pretty popular at least on the east coast during the 60's and early 70's.
Lyndwood will be featured as part of the York US30 Musclecar madness Show Scheduled for July 7-8 2006. Bob expects to have 15 - 20 Lyndwoods on display at the York Fairgrounds. Don Garlits will be appearing along with Swanp Rat 1B and one or two of the Lyndwoods from the Garlits Museum.
NNDRA is also supposed to have a Nostalgia event at Beaver Springs Dragway again for 2006.
YorkUS30 has a website that will be updated shortly to announce the event.

There should also be a very large turn out of Muscle Cars, Drag Cars and Street Rods along with a large compliment of Street Cars
