Can I run two bilge pumps with one outlet?
Or should I add another outlet?

You should use 2 outlets. If you only run one pump it will pump water back through the hose and out through the other unless you put some kind of check valve in the hose which can be done.
Even if you run 2 at once it's unlikely they will have identical pressure so one would always be doing the majority of the work and essentially blocking much of the flow from the second pump. I have a boat set up with 2, works great. :)

Ditto to what Rexone said..
I run two.... One to a an Auto Float with a indicator light on the dash and the other to a manual switch for added volume when needed.

I'm sure this isn't the trickest but I've got 3 bilge pumps, one for each tunnel, actually I have a 4th self priming one with a hose down into the bilge by the jet pump since it was too tight to fit a floor mounted pump down there, and they exit out the side of the boat as shown.

I had three in a Daytona also. The two in the tunnels dumped into the middle on one switch then one bigger pump in the middle on a different switch took the water out.
