What kind of hull is this? I've never seen a bottom like that. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1981-BERKELY-MARINE-JET-DRIVE-WITH-FREE-BOAT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ26453QQitemZ457183 1231QQrdZ1

Looks to be a boat that Sundown marine made called a Daytona. He had his hand in the beizers and i think this was there attempt for the jet circle racer. There is one local here that i have looked at and it looks to be the same. not a bad price. To bad its so far or i would snatch it up.
Calgo steering rail kit and pump alone is worth more than that.

yeah, the top looks identical to the B boat, but the bottom looks totally different.

thats def a biesemeyer jet.....i had a 79 that i wish i still had.......its looks about the same year also. that looks like the origenal gel also. same pattern as mine had when i got it. it needs a complete restore but that is one fine jet boat and not the same one everyone else has.....if u want a winter project that would be alot of fun and well worth it later......if it wasent in god forsaken mn. id buy it myself...mn must have had a biezer dealer at one time that is where i bought my old biesemeyer also......

The bottom on that thing is weird!! How well do those hulls perform and how do they ride?

http://www2.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/1789P1120008.JPG mine had a stock 454 with a 12 jg worn out pump and ran 70 on the gps......it really is a nice riding boat with lots of potential....i always called it a tunnel but every one says its just a biesemeyer jet........looks like it might have a skid fin from hte interior pics but cant really tell.
