How much HP would it take to turn a jacuzzi "c" impeller to 5400? I'm also having GPS problems when I'm taking gps readings it says accurate to only 17 feet? I run in a shitty area I have never got a reading better than 56.2 mph :idea:

the gps reporting back the "accurate to XXfeet" is normal, its not having any issues and that is a pretty decent GPS signal. What its saying is lets say you plotted a point into your gps, went on a 2 mile hike and used the GPS to get you back to the point that you plotted where you started the hike. The GPS is saying it can put you within 17ft of that same spot you were at.
