I never used the ramp yet. I usually hope that Squitchas? group lets me squeeze in and park my trailer in the water. Kinda nice.
Thats a good question if the water is way up and there are no beaches. I believe there are a couple of areas to launch.

Falcon field has avgas for 3.34 a gal. I was there yesterday;) Ill letcha know cause I gotta bring extra :cry:

There were quite a few little jet boats and flatties out this last weekend. You'll fit right in. Just bring an anchor, or your toolbox and about 50' of line because nobody likes tying up with the jet boat crew. :D :D :D

Actually, where we were tied up in Humbug on Sunday it was only 35' or so. Pleasant is down almost 30' from the first of the year. I figure a jet isn't going to want to be out and risk being swamped from the ripples in the no wake zone so they're going to be in even shallower water. :D :D :D

Just got back from taking my stuff up to the Bartlett. There's almost no room for camping, but if you're in to a nice day trip it'll work fine. We've got a section of beach and the launch ramp is real close. Ya'll could launch, do some running and hang out where we're camping. There's plenty of beach for a number of boats to park.
Come on up, you're all welcome.
1. Go throught he paystation and take your first left turn. Wind down the road until you get to a stop sign (about 2-3 miles)
2. Go straight through the stop sign and you'll see a new paved boat ramp on your left. There's lots of parking so that shouldn't be a problem.
3. Once ya get your boats in, turn right (towards the damn dam) We're about 200 yards up on your right.

The north ramp and the adjoining facilities are some of my favorite on the little lakes. That new ramp is great and beats the hell out of anything that Saguaro has to offer. :D

I agree Jordy. They've done a real nice job on that new area. Now.............if we could just convince em to open Rattlesnake Cove up to boats/camping and put a new ramp there???????

Just paid 3.16 a gallon for 100LL at the Chandler airport this morning. Then paid 3.19 for 91 at Albertsons on Ray and Cooper, before they raised their price 2 hours later. Just in case anyone was interested.

Wow its crazy how much gas has gone up in the last few hours. I'll be at Bartlett Sunday. Fuel cost keeping me from a camping deal.
New Boat ramp? Plenty of parking? o dah le. I'm so darn anxious. I was hoping for some beaches. Oh well. Be nice to see the Jet boat crew once again.
I'm changing the oil. It takes days to empty that 10 Qt pan and the oil filter. Glad I started this past Monday.
I want to go early to get some time on the lake. More likely just hang and shoot the sheiat.

I just talked to my friend that works for falcon field avation and he said that it takes a few days for the avgas to go up. Plus we dont pay the .07 highway tax for it;) It was 3.34 last sunday for 100ll.

And thanks for helping my buddy N8dawg out with the wedge. His boat is pretty sweet and I think that the wedge is going to make it a little faster.
