I am planning to shoot half a dozen or so boats on Lake Elsinore on Thursday, Sept. 15. The photography will be used for feature stories in the Performance Section of HOT BOAT Magazine in spring and summer of 2006.
The shoot will occur between noon and 4 p.m. Thursday and I will have 2-3 swimsuit models to use for posing on the boats. If you'd like to participate, email a photo of your boat to me for consideration at bbayne@lfp.com.
Thanks!
Brett @ HOT BOAT

Too bad you are so far away! Our Nostalgia boats would make interesting pictures especially while tearing up the starting chute five abreast! Would you like our guy to share some discs with you? jErK

Jerk,
You have to realize that we will never be recognized as a state that has great Hot Boats.
Heck, What kind of boating history does the Northwest have??? ;)

It makes sense to send a picture. You just can't have anybody showing up. & I have a feeling your junk needs to be pretty clean to make the cut. :shift:  :hammerhea

If there's a lil love then all's good :D maybe I was thinkin of that other mag, starts with a "P", and you never see a Schiada, I'll ask Lee, since he'll be digging up some info hopefully on our 1971 Schiada Flat project, so now we have 3 Schiada's, 71/81/01
p.s. any chance if I ask nicely you could look thru your ol mags for any info from 70/71/72 on Schiada Flats ? please !!!!
Thanks, Scott

This could be true. ***boat was planning on a follow up article on our guys after the Nordling piece, but we havent seen them or heard anything. They must be busier than I! The last Ione race with 19 inboards was sure a jolting surprise to the media that did show up.....Look for some Mark Sharley shots over at the Unlimited Hydroplane site or give him a shout if you would like to see Nascar style qualifying and side by side flying starts. I know he was grinning from ear to ear and mentioned someting about a photograhers dream come true!! Thanks Mark, for your support of our poor group of Outlaws!
but like real outlaws: we dont need or want no publicity, them wanted posters really rile us up! Dang it anyhow. :angry2: Right Rayson Kidd?
