You probably won't find a cleaner 2002 out there. Now you can pay $74K like he is asking, or you can tell him HH sent you, and the price is $69,500.

Nice marketing HH on the 12V Socket option... Do you still get the koolaid with a V?...

GRASS PAY$ was hovering around there (in between breaking drives). :supp: I think he has 1,100HP, but he also has the FX series?

C'mon! It's obvious that DCB is the only manufacturer doing the 12V socket the right way (since it's an option).
Not sure about the Kool-Aid, since most of the DCB cat guys won't acknowledge any other boats...let alone a v-bottom. However, I think you still get the "DCB Racing" sticker when you buy the v-bottom.

I bought my Schiada from Inman's neighbor in Boulder City. The Shy had never been outside in it's whole life, but the man bought a quad rotor motored 28', and out of the garage it was kicked. That's saying something. The Shy was yesterday's biz and man was that 28' nice. It's still tearing up Mead. I'm pretty sure his new 28' is a triple digit boat. Guy can't say enough good things about it, and he's a certifiable neat freak...

Scotty and I have had some good times in this boat- it's a great lake hot rod. No bad manners at all...turn key, and it gets up and moves when you ask it to.
I still want a Top Gun...
Top Gun? Absolutely!

I think Regina was tired of living in the boat...so he bought a new house.
Hey...you can't take the house to the sandbar...I always say!

Does DCB make a houseboat? Can you imagine how many zip-ties would be needed? :supp:

Please post a pic of the 12V socket. I am kind of on the fence about this deal. :hammer2:
I drove one of these to Catalina once and it is one solid boat. Must be all the zip ties.

Its a heavy boat. Solid as heck though.
I have an issue with the placement of that 12V socket. Its gonna interfere with the cup holder contents....I am afraid I'll have to pass on this one... :notam:

How big of power you thinking it needs to obtain tripple digits?? 1,100 isnt enough??

Easy there turbo!!!!! Not trying to hijack anybody's thread just trying to figure out how much power its gonna take to make this thing a tripple digit boat!!!! I dont believe i said anything about bullet's!!! This is a nice boat and would consider buying one if i new what it would take to obtain tripple digit and if it is safe there. And you dont need a tunnel underneath you to run tripple digits either.

Here's my (non-expert) opinion.
The cabins on these boats are luxurious...they even have a little closet, mood lighting interior, etc. If you want to go fast, you'll need to take some weight out of the front. However, most people don't care about the extra 1 or 2 MPH...because they got the "pimp daddy" setup.
As for Joey's, his is probably a little heavier than Scotty's (canopies/different deck). And since nobody has ever put that much HP in an Extreme, he didn't have a baseline for prop height or pitch at that speed. I think there still some speed left on the table with Joey's boat in the setup...but I think he just wants something bigger now (ole HH can't have a bigger boat than GRASS PAY$).
Like I said...this boat is a great hot rod. Just turn the key and go...this is one of the few boats I have ever been on has never had a problem. Not too many 80MPH boats out there that are this stylish, but as dependable as a Honda.
Don't sweat it Charley- someone will probably break 100MPH in an Extreme looooong before Howard makes a good looking boat. :supp:
