The park is 1 block away from the house. from the backyard you can see the new spring training camp for the Texas Rangers and KC Royals. There are a lot of fireworks that come from the stadium and it makes for a great party in the back yard.

Price will be reduced for hot boaters to 240,000. I have to sell this thing. Stupid rules when building a new house in Buckeye AZ you have to have your house sold within 30 days of signing contract to start a new build. :umm: :umm:

Have you had your Realtor run a CMA and make sure the comps are in line with your asking price? Most homes in that price range do not last more than 1 week on the market right now. I'm surprised that it is not sold yet (no pun intended) ;)

Well, we lowered the price today to $137900. My realtor says we are just a little under what the going dollar per square foot is now. Hope it goes this week. Only two weeks left. The wife and I are hopeful it will sell by the end of the week. :notam: :notam:

OOOOPPPPSSSS!!!!!! Yeah, $237,900. I hope to sell it this weekend. Any investors out there shoot me a legit price. I am motivated to sell being I only have one week left to sell it then I loose the new house. My loss is your gain!!! :squiggle: :squiggle:
