I figured I'd post a few pics I took of a new 21' Howard that my dad just got. Gene, Mike and everyone at Howard did a great job on the boat, I forgot how much fun it is riding close to the water. Power is a 377 scorpion, top speed was in the upper 60's with three adults on board, and the boat turns on a dime.

I didn't know they were still making those hulls in the closed bow. Man that is a clean looking boat! The lines on that mold will never go out of style in my opinion. Congrats.

Lew Larson built several of those as V drives and they all roam out at Parker. That's a great hull. I'd think they must be much lighter with the new layup materials as that's some really good speed with a small block package. Those boats will last a lifetime. Nice rig.

That's truly a sweet boat. I watched them build it while our was being being. Very retro.

Another great job by the guys at Howard. Now if they would just build it in a V-Drive.

Beautiful, old school look. Is that a 377 Scorpion 350hp or 6.2MX 320hp?

The lake is Castaic. Great looking boat. I'm suprised it didn't get more power.

Beautiful boat. I really like the looks of the closed bow. Ours is really similar to that but left hand drive. I like the stainless rub rail on yours. Nice touch.
