Yes the white boat will be there along with about 20 blower belts. A friend who has entered his K boat had told me that they were the only one pre-registered as of Friday so I told him I would post this question. Thanks for the reply.

Would that friend be Pat Eason or somebody new to the class that we can add? It would be great to have another boat.
We know oh so well about the Blower belt deal. We lost 3 at every race last race.

Guru I read here recently about a possible attempt at the kilo record is this actually being considered ? If so will this be in November and do you have to run a capsule to run the Kilos in November ? :coffeycup

There is just a lot of talk about it but we would not be able to even attempt to run the Kilo without a capsule. Gordy's record will not be broken anytime soon. 149 and change is not real attainable anyway. Very impressive!.

I was talking to Duff D about Gordy's K kilo record one time.
And paraphrasing Duff went something like this. To drive that
fast at that distance in a Biesemeyer (splash) K boat is f***ING
nuts :supp:
