If you want my realtors info, LMK, she was great and still is after the purchase. I didn't get her out the phone book either, she is my supervisors sister-in-law.

I noticed a house in the MLS listed at $535K in H.H. so that area must be going up also, not many paved roads there yet, so if you are not a horse or Jeep peson it may not be for you. Right now it's quite desolate (sp?) NSF

I have driven out Jeeps out in that area and found it is a mixed bag. There is a few new homes going in on good size lots.

The wife and I drove out there a few weeks back. Seems like large lots, equestrian, and livestock. A few new homes going up, but also a lot beverly hillbilly type places if you know what I mean.
I will say that some of the property we saw had some amazing views of the mountains, not so much of the water. The prices for land were less than in town by a long shot.
I will say from experience that you need a realtor from the area. Not one that just showed up last year with a store bought real estate license and started listing houses.
Take the advice of the members and sontact someone that knows the area, and the market. Contact Warlock 25 she will give you the straight scoop.
Good Luck!
