Although slightly premature due to DCB not having their new F32 completed yet, I thought I would solicit the opinions of the masses on the following, based upon a 32 or 33' CAT:
1. Best resale value
2. Best overall value for the purchase price
3. Best overall quality of interior workmanship
4. Best overall quality of exterior/gel/paint workmanship
4. Best reputation for customer service after the sale
5. Best quality of ride
6. Best overall performance with twin Ilmor 625's (hypothetical)
7. Most comfortable, and best use of space/cabin
8. Most consistent pricing policy
No intent to exclude any particular Cat mfg's, just looking for opinions on the aforementioned
Let the popcorn popping begin :2purples: :D

Maybe you could tell us your vast knowledge of boats, put down that camara and start telling us how much better the 32' DCB is, since they haven't finished one yet..........

Man this thread will be long, Ocean or River boat, what do you want? A place for the kids or a boat that can run to Catalina with nothin under the deck. What style do you like? I have been told there is not a bad seat in the new Spectre 32' no wind anywhere. I don't think you could go wrong with Spectre on all of the topics.

I guess your right, I don't know if they have one that is all done running a 165mph with 625 in it. I guess we will all have to wait and see the new 32' when Charley and Dave role there boats out. I look forward to seeing the new 32', from what I hear it is one top notch crazy boat.

By the way I think they are all going to be very nice boats....that 32 flatdeck skater though is super sick...I saw Borguets boat this weekend and it was pretty much flawless except the little bitty cockpit which I dont like! Hopefully the new DCB and Force will have more room.

DCB 32 interior is much larger than I anticipated. Much more freeboard than the 29.

By the way Charley also said that they may be doing a lighter/stronger East Coast type layup on a couple so you can take them in the Ocean...that will definitly be a plus. I havent been in a 32 spectre yet but I can tell you Andys 30 is one nice boat and handles the ocean fairly well for a smaller boat.

Hmmmm, no play yet on Eliminator... Too bad that new 36' is much bigger than I would want and will cost WAY too much $$$$
No disrespect to Skater either, but I have just not yet seen a 32' anywhere. Can't wait to take a run in Kroozin's 36' Skater !!

I LOVE my Spectre, even though it is a 36. For a family type boat, Spectre, Skater just don't have enough room in the cockpit. I think the only true cat that has room below is a Nortec. If you're a true player keep your boat AND buy a big cat for poker runs. :D :D

Good idea Eric, the bank account and common sense just don't support that concept. I am thinking that the new DCB and the Force are going to have somewhat decent room and freeboard to move around down below

Hey money bags... I have heard that the 32 DCB will be around $300k.
You don't even have your new motors in yet... What gives??? Keep the boat and start the sand toy collection so you can come to the dunes with us.

Who said I didn't already have any sand toys ?? :D
Actually, all I have left is a Yamaha wr250... Since I was blessed with daughters that are not really into playing in the dirt, my dunes/dirt activities are limited to a few boys trips. I'll join you anytime though and just noticed that nice looking cart in the back of your rig in your sig line !! ;) :D
