Nada works for me. It says my DCB Mach 26 with worth 110,000.00. I would like to sell it for 95,000 or best offer.

NADA is what the bank will loan against! The financing on a used boat is what makes them more difficult to sell.

Wanna trade for a MINT condition Bayliner, with some kind of GM 4 banger, and a really cool wing on the drive? I would bet ya it uses less gas then yours, think of the money you will be saving. Then you could go to the Bayliner regatta, get a Bayliner keychain, and face it, what chick doesnt dig a BAYLINER!

My DCB Mach 26 is for sale as well. I would like to see $95,000. I paid $130,000 for it a year ago, and have put even more money into it since then. It has 47 hours on the boat, and about 10-15 on the cam, lifters, and jessel rockers. I also have three props (2 labbed) an extra set of foot gears, and extra prop shaft that goes with it. I am stepping up to something with twins. You can e-mail me at jhoberg@earthlink.net or call 760-630-8035.

Dallas,
Does your 26 have the quarter canopies?
What kind of jell coat colors?
Nada is full of shit by the way.
Mike

When it comes to custom boats I would not go by NADA's prices. Some of the boats I looked at in the NADA guide could not be touched for anywhere close to their stated value of the boat. Maybe for a Bayliner it would be close, but not for a high dollar custom.

I am looking at alot of different boats. I want something I can run in the ocean as well. I will catch some shit for this from the other cat guys, but I am looking at a 2001 38'Cigarette Top Gun at Dick Simon Marine. My friend works there and they will give me a hell of a deal.
The boat was a demo with 37 hours on it, hp 500's, xr's, fully loaded. I can get it for less than wholsale, but it is still alot of $$$. We are still looking though. If you are interested in my Mach I am selling it for 35k less than I payed, and I have some extra stuff that goes with it.

Hey PlayDeep,
Yep ~ that's our boat! We're actually selling it and looking into a big VEE (yeah, yeah... let us have it...) that we can take in the ocean too for some Catalina runs, etc. We figure we live 15 minutes from the ocean - we might as well boat there too, huh?
****
If anyone out there can attest to our boat (Charley, Chuck, Donnie...) please pipe up ~ we have a potential buyer and they are curious of the condition of our boat! http://free.***boat.net/ubb/smile.gif
Thanks Guys!!! http://free.***boat.net/ubb/wink.gif

Well I guess it is a done deal, I just got a call from Dick Simon and we are approved on the Cig. As soon as the DCB is sold the Top Gun will be our new boat. The Top Gun is an awesome boat and I know it will be fun, but I think I might miss the DCB. Hopefully the cat guys will still talk to me hehehe.
Playdeep,
Thanks for the compliments on the boat. The guys I know at DCB have told me that it was one of their favorites as far as the Mach 26's they have produced.
