Heheh, that's the art car parade in Houston. Happens every year. Some of the entries are krazy cool stuff.
One year saw a guy with a a V Dub completely covered with little green plastic soldiers. The parade ends in Montrose the, uh, festive part of Houston. The natives dress a bit funny for the event if you know what I mean...... :D :D
