So I called Roz up yesterday because I wwas having problems getting the JL 1000 amp to come online and after telling him the symptoms and suspicions he says "lets just be safe and send you another one out". I was just hoping for some guidance in troubleshooting but he just skips straight to the simple solution. Funny thing is that I dont know if it's blown or defective or who is to blame because I cant prove or disprove that it wasnt tampered with when it was in the boat while being built, though I am doing the installation I discovered it was wired up when I went to the manufacturer one day but not hooked up to the sub. But none of that matters as Roz is just getting straight to the point and handling it, this IS customer service and why when he takes the big step of doing his pool biz full time he will have no problems at all. If you have good customer service everything else comes naturally I have found. Thanks Roz, you're the man.
