Is this the same honcho with the biggest boat on the river in the 80's. Lived on the corner in the keys

That makes more sense to me. I used to talk to him (Peters I think is the last name) in the late the early and mid 80s when he had the boatfull of girls. He use to have a flat top with cool razor sun glasses and a mob of good looking ladies sitting up on the back seat.
