I posted this on a thread a few months ago. My neighbor is a partner. So I checked them out and this looks like a killer location if you use either Mohave or the river area. They have all the +++ showers, tall roofs, and 40' plus sizes. The driveways are large for big tow rigs and all concrete. Prices are from about $28K. With the cost of fuel to tow a rig these should sell quickly. Second phase is under construction, first phase still available at the lower price.
