You would of thought I said "I love to dress up like a women" He gave us the most horrified expression and said "Oh your one of them" Uh come again? "one of them?" WTF is that supposed to mean?? He said "river people" are just different. Different as to what "beach people?" Needless to say a heated debate ensued....... :mad:

I don't see what the issue is.....when someone say to us..."You're river poeple?" ......we simply reply....."Yes we are." ;)
Keep in mind that the perception of "the river" and havasu in particular has changed a lot since MTV Spring Break, and the popularity of the GGW series. So those people think you get drunk, and nake, and make out other guys wives, and molest dogs and pepsi machines at the river....it's not like that's a totally baseless idea.
