What year is the boat? & did it have a BBC, SBC or Ford in it? is it a King? I would like to know what the best choices and prices are also, who else can add in here?

Mark truthfully I don't think you'll see enough MPH gain to warrent the cost of high performance exhaust. You might pick up a few MPH but it will be expensive. I would personally look for used replacements that I could massage a little bit since you don't have the HP needs for high flowing exhaust. You might be better off changing the prop after fixing the exhaust & be money ahead.

NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, THE BOAT IS GONNA GO 55-60 MPH TOPS. IT'S THE DESIGN OF THE BOAT . BUY A BETTER PROP . YOU WILL MONEY AHEAD.

Hope that new prop flows exhaust and holds water better than the rotted out manifolds.

the reason I want to change is my manifolds are junk now, wouldn't throw them away if they were goog to pick up 10-15 HP,but since I have to replace them anyway,FYI it has thru hull(thru sides)

Just my 2cents. I would watch EBAY. I just picked up a set of IMCO manifolds and risers for $1,200. Add a new cam while you have the engine out. You will see HP gains.

I must of been typing fast at work. I meant to say you could massage yourself, not me. Sorry
Have you priced any manifolds yet? What's it going to cost you ?
