My boat won't be setup for cruising around and its a major deal to tune it back down for cruising to other places so I need to meet ya all where I can run ( My Good Stuff ) . This will be the last run for this boat and then it will be sold , as my new boat is being built now !!!. Just talked to Washed Ashore and he said the place we did the speed runs last year was just east of Fourteen mile slough only a couple miles west of Ladds, is this the place we are meeting up for the speed runs ,this would be easy for me to meet up with everyone and there was a beach there last year. Washed Ashore said he was launching from Ladds also. So can we firm up the location for the speed runs ,the same place as last year would be great !!!!!!I will probably stay there by WashedAshore's shop so I can lock up the boat and follow him over.Someone already has tried to steal my new truck at the BoatShow in Seattle last weekend but my new alarm system scared him away ( I HATE THEIVES ).

It's typically a bit chilly in the morning, especially at cruising speed and there could be some early morn fog....that's part of the fun. So I would say a sweatshirt is a must. Later in the morning and the afternoon it should be nice....probably in the upper 70's low 80's. But ya never know, it could be 90 that day. Most will be "watchers", but this is pretty much a free wheelin' kinda gathering & group. Do what ya want, run what ya want, watch what ya want, etc... Grab Cale and drag that thing up here. He and I can knock out the speed runs while you're sippin silver sodas on the beach. :crossx:

Later in the morning and the afternoon it should be nice....probably in the upper 70's low 80's. But ya never know, it could be 90 that day. SHit RIM, every time you mouth off how your gonna beat everyone, something comes up and you dont show and when we hear back from you ,you never ran it where ya went. lots of driving around just to break it and not run. might as well save the gas and just come show us all up. Hell Hullshot said he would run on 6 cylinders so you wont lose total sight of him and get lost in the delta maze.

Got more on the PokerRun at Havasu, sounds like I should be there . I always run 2-7 mph faster there and thatwill give me an edge. the last timethere I ran 141.3 myself in testing and I have a lot more power now so the boat should do it. As much as I wanted to come to the delta just can't miss this oppertunity as you all know I blew my trans at Pittsburg before the run.
After this trip Iam droppng the boat at Washed Ashore's
shop on the way back so he can detail the fiberglass and it will look like a new boat .it is for sale now either with or without the current setup.
I know just another excuse not to come and play with ya all sometimes stuff just happens.
A couple of you know what I am up to and am going to be a sponsor at the Havasu run to get some advertising started before the announcements in April of 06.

Don ran it up to 5500 rpms today with the 30p and that was it and yes it was trimmed at over 4. I think the labbed 30 will get me the extra 3-400 rpms left in it. i can tell now when its trimmed just right cuzz the nose starts to float a little at wot. the boat feels stable in the back ,just a little floating back and forth of the front. its not to much trim is it??? it feels stable. let me know .

My drive is running a bit hot so I’m looking at putting on a drive shower. Does anyone have suggestions? The SIMREK Halo has some great write ups. However, Teague said they break and bend easy. He suggested that I go with the TCM. Any advice out there?

I will be coming from the Brentwood area. All I remember is turning on Bixler and somehow, ending up on some narrow road that went on for ever with no place to turn around.
