Impeller and wear ring measurements?

I know these measurements have been posted before, But I have searched and can't find them. What is the outside diameter of the Berkeley impeller and the inside diameter of the wear ring. I have measured my impeller and come up with a rough measurment of 7.218 inches. I haven't been able to measure the wear ring yet But would like to know what it is supposed to be.
Also, Many have mentioned cutting down an impeller. What does that mean? what part is cut down and why is it done?

If I remeber right the standard impeller size is 7.25 and the wear ring is 7.275. I could be wrong though :( .
Cutting the impeller down involves machining the exit end of the impeller. Here's the specs from CP's site:

I knew one or the other was supposed to 7.250!
