View Full Version : Old School Havasu jets/Vdrives

If you go to the Channel in Havasu you see a majority of those second mortgage boats (offshore boats) :) , wouldn't it be bitchen to see a long line of Old school boats in the Channel, sorta a small piece of boating history, If anyone wants to show up, we will be there the weekend of July 1,2... Anyone interested??

the last time I drove a flatbottom there it sunk in the middle of thompson's bay. (right after I got kicked out of the channel for no muffles)

Just to let you people know it is not an offical event just a group of boaters hopefully meeting in the channel.

hmmm, not sure how they would feel about a blown injected flatty with zoomies idling through there at 25mph... if they'd allow it I would be all over that!

I am not saying that you will actually get away with zoomies, but there are lots of damn load boats in that channel.... I think it depends on when you go for it. I think no one would care on a weekday afternoon, but I wouldn't try it on Saturday

Any of you guys be out on friday ?? ? ? What about how early will you be out on saturday the july 1 ? ?? ? I got some gas money/beer money, what ever and will be stop thru on a trip from oklahoma to california friday and possibly saturday and lookin for some action !!!
