Does anyone know if you can get all the way to hoover dam on Mohave the weekend of Oct 22nd? I heard there were restrictions and was not sure.
Any idea what gas is going for at Cottonwood? I am sure it is ugly :devil:

Nope cant go after labor day...
There is the Almost dam run on oct 15th.....

the dam is off limits to power boats this time of year. it's open mon.-sat. from memorial day to labor day. sunday is always off limits.

That is what I thought, but I was not sure. I checked the link above and could not find any info about boat access, how close can you get? I have only been a few minutes past Cottonwood and wanted to go all the way this time. Is there shallow spots above cottonwood?

You can get very close....but only Memorial day to Labor day....after that you can't go past Willow....Nothing too shallow until after Willow, but you won't make it past there anyway...

i stand corrected.
i don't know what the fine would be but i do know of people that have gone passed the sign on restricted days. i've only been up there one time but i don't remember any spots that seemed overly shallow. the scenery in spectacular.
