Here's a shot of some new stainless rudders courtesy of Schiada96, the wedge is already in the Sanger and the trailing edge will be in the eraser shortly. Thanks Jeff :D :cool: :D

Is Stainless as strong as steel?? I would think aluminum titanium would be the hot setup. Of course you would have to have Boeing or Northrop Grumman make it for you. Just a thought.

I'll have to let our resident metallurgists jump in on that since I don't know and I can't remember what alloy Jeff specifically used on those. I wonder how much a rudder would cost made out of that "unobtainium" stuff probably well into the thousands :jawdrop:
