It was in the 90's all week here. You have plenty of weekends left to go.

Not taking the boat out on sat. because of girl that said she was sick
to miss a test.
The sale is the 8th starting at 6:00 am.
Can't wait to go riding ,one of the guys i ride with is going to a CR500
ride at Gorman I think itn two weeks .
I can't go because my bike is red stickered .
You guys should come to the poker run up a Barstow.
We have a pretty big group that goes

Jeteater - At the present time we're toyless :squiggle: , but shopping for a few dirt toys, we take the golf cart and cruise it around, we have a blast hangin out, having drinks and kickin it by the fire with a very cool little group of people....we'll for sure get in touch with you when we head out.

Probably heading out there in a few hours. Wife is a little under the weather with allergies, so we'll see. Gonna prep the boat anyway. Even if we don't go, it'll be ready for next time.

This time of the year is terrible and the daily wind is not helping. Hope the wife feels better. :)

It was busy, but those days just help to re-enforce my purchase decision. Our first trip around, we were coming up to some clashing wakes in the middle that had shadows casting from them. Probably the biggest water I have seen on BV. It was a large patch right in the middle of the lane. There were boats on either side, so we were forced to go right though it. Cindi was driving and we were at around 35-40. We hit it and passed through. She looks at me and said "well, we didn't feel any of that". We were both expecting a ride and it never happened.
Lots of boats, lots of cars and trucks. There were trailers and mhomes camping along the back edge of the pickup/trailer parking lot near the launch ramp. They parked east-west along the posts on the north side, each with a reserved site sticker. I had never seen that. Overflow camping, big-time.
When we left at 2, the line to get into the park was around the curve and about a 1/4 mile long towards the Shell station. Incredible.

i did have to go swimming at the dock when my "driver" tossed the keys in the boat (and bounced them off the boat and under the dock...!!)
but i lucked into finding them... so all is well.

Yep... i feel like a battle ship on the BV... but i was able to get wet, drink beer and well... if you saw it.. then... you know.
