any problems with running a jacuzzi out of the water. bought a project boat, and have to get it running, but don't want to go to the lake and get stranded.

Which Jacuzzi pump? I know the WJ can be run a little while out of the water, but you will wear out your shaft seal early.

just disconnect the drive line.

how do i identify what model pump it is???

Should be on to of the inspection cover. Inside the boat on top of the pump..

The best thing to do is to just leave the boat on the trailer and take it to a quiet launch somewhere and let 'er rip.
