recipe for binding lube

[Liquid Life]

We are heading out wakeboarding in the morning and need some binding lube. Does anyone have a recipe or ideas for binding lube?

Off the shelf Palmolive dish soap. After you use about 1/3 of the bottle, top it off with water and it works even better. Cheap and easy to get.
