Rowher Flat OHV area is located approximately 10 miles north of the town of Newhall, CA. Take the Antelope Valley Freeway (Hwy. 14) and exit at Sand Canyon. Go north on Sand Canyon to Sierra Highway and turn right. Take Sierra Highway approximately five miles to Rush Canyon access Road. Look for the Rowher Flat sign on the left-hand side of the road.

They reopened it around five years ago.
But you also need a adventure pass to ride there.

I was just looking at houses right there about two weeks ago. Right behind that big ass sound wall. I hear those trails go back forever. My buddies cousin lives out that way and they ride all day and never double over their tracks. They always ride down to the EZ-Take out right there off the freeway too.

He's right. You will tear up your tires at Texas Cyn. Real sharp rocks there. :yuk:
