Intake manifold Plumbing??

On my new victor olds there are 4 threaded ports 2 in front 2 in the back can these be used to plumb to the headers or something like that??

The two in the back are for an additional crossover if you want to plumb it that way. Most people just plug them. One in the front should go overboard and one to your tee-valve if you have O/T's
