I purchased a magnet for my truck to support our troops and when it started peeling I tried to take it off and it won't come off, anyone out there have a good way to remove what should have been a magnet and seems to have turned to super glue? I'm desperate here.

I will try that. I tried it in the heat of the day during summer here in so cal (only 120 degrees), but I will try the hair dryer, thanks

Here is where I get to sound blonde, but if I spray wd40 on it, how will it get behind the magnet to loosen it up?

I heard if you take another magnet and stick it to the magnet that is stuck to your paint it will remove all the Ionic build up and you should be able to get the first one off with a little elbow grease. Good Luck :D :D

Yank the Damn thing off , or take a tooth pick and try to pry the edges away from the paint then it should start to peel right off

New paints are much softer since the VOC have changed so much. If your vehicle is around 2000 or newer, just for future reference, you shouldn't use these magnets on your vehicle. It will make the paint seem cloudy under the magnet after a short period of time and it is very difficult to remove that "cloudy look"

NOW YOU TELL ME..... Yeah, I can assure you, I wont EVER put a mangnet/sticker on another vehicle again, I was not prepared for this headache.
