Dealt with them when I built my pool........Easy to work with and did a great job....

I have to send in requests on a regular basis, and no two people there want the same info in the same format. I'm set up for their web access and still end up spending 5 minutes on the phone when they call me back on it. :confused:

Every FOCKING DAY!!!!!
I told one of them recently that I know why nobody calls in locates and just digs. I told him he was an idiot and if this is the type of people I have to deal with I won't call them in anymore. He didn't care of course!
