Need some opinons on vacant lots. Where would you buy?
1. LHC area
2. BHC area
3. Golden Shores area.(leaning toward this area. It is in the middle of both)

If 40k is your budget for land, I know for sure option #1 is way over your head. BH is likely the same and Golden Shores, where I recently looked around for investment property, was over 40k as well.
Add 10k and you can get a one acre lot in White Hills, near Lake Meade. Once the dam bypass is completed, that, Dolan Springs and Meadeview are supposed to explode.

I do not think you will find any land in LHC for 40K. But that is just my .02 I could not find any under 80 I really liked.

You can buy a lot in Golden Shores for that.
There is plans on 2 communities in that area. Your sure to make some $ and the area will grow rapidly.
