My screen printer went buns up so I need a new one. Does anyone know a good one in OC?

Try Special Ts in Fullerton, the owner is Dave Fox a really nice guy. They do good work.

you can also try Absolute Screen print in Placentia/Fullerton it's right off the 57..... Good Luck

A big one owned by a friend of mine is CustomLine, right off the 57 in Placentia I think it is. They do about 175,000 Tshirts a day. Probably best price and quality available due to numbers.
