For Sale (1) set of Dart 14* Big Chief heads for BBC w/ std bore spacing. New. Never mounted. Exhaust and com. chambers are ported but the intake ports are untouched. Seats and guides are installed. All holes and machine work is done. They are bare with no hardware. Perfect condition. Will post pic's later tonight.

How old are they, who did the ex and chambers, adn why are you selling???

Done by Dart. About 3 yrs old. They have just been setting. Bought a Profiler Oval port tunnel ram that I was going to use with them. Couldn't get the intake soon enough for them to finish the porting. Had them (Dart) send the heads back and was going to resend back when I got the intake. Got intake, but have not sent back. I am stepping up to Pro Mod and going with a Hemi. Selling all Chevy stuff and I have alot!!!
Profiler intake is also availible. Brand New in box. Oval port w/ top for 2 4500's.

Are they oval port Chiefs?
If you're going Pro Mod, and can afford it, you should talk to Chris Barker at Alan Johnson before you spend any money.

No they are not oval. I wish that they were then it would have been alot easier and cheaper to port. That is why they could not port them, they needed the intake. I know the A.J. stuff is awsome, but high dollar to build. I can get Brad, KB, etc parts alot cheaper and they are alot easier to work on.

That is what I was thinking too. But it would be a good start formy new motor. All these purchases have to wait until after Pheonix and I have to make sure my motor is cured before I put it away.

Just found a guy that has Jesel rockers for these heads. 1.8 intake and 1.7 ex. Complete setup for $850.00. This deal just keeps getting better. Neil
