I am trying to figure out where I can find/ what the electrical junctions are called.
I have I want to say, like 20 spots for electrical connections at the back of my boat...no fuses, just a screw on each side...make sense?
what are they called, where can I find them?

Be careful when you buy terminal strips. They are not all built the same. I have never used a strip from Home Depot or Lowes type stores so I can't speak of their quality, but make sure they are solidly built before putting them in a boat. Boats really vibrate the hell out of parts and there is a lot of jarring going on so be sure to use good ones and I also recommend using adheasive heat shrink tubing over all connections on a boat whether soldered or crimp connectors are used.

That must be one hell of a mounting bracket to bring the price of a terminal strip up to $51.99, on sale.

I just changed mine out in my boat , I bought it at an electronic supply store it was about $10 It has a clear plastic cover that snaps on and protects all the exposed terminals form dropped tools ect. they are rated for amperage make sure to get one rated high enough and try to get one with a few extra terminals for future use .

I say Home Dip$hit is the place to get them, I have never had a problem with any from there. The CP one I believe comes with the mounting bracket and a Circuit breaker to protect it I believe. They are like $10 there. I wire at least 2 boats a season and have never had a problem with these terminals.

It also has a 30amp breaker in the bracket. try L&L in corona you could get the same deal for about half the cost of CP

Rex also has the same part that is on CP's website and I think its cheaper than $51.99. Its a 10 gang connection with black power coated bracket and a circut breaker.
