I'm guessin 1992-93ish, about 20 of us Camping ghetto style(sleeping in truck beds) In parker at Red Rock, we brought a home stereo with huge speakers and we partied till about 3am and at 6am some tall a$$hole named Bryan Weerhiem turns "Welcome to the Jungle" on because he wants to ski and needs 2 of us to go with him....Speakers were distorting the shit was so loud... Great Memory!! btw if any of you wanna call him in the middle of the night sometime and play that song for me.. his cell number is 949-929-0700

December 1, 2001. Motor in the boat had been together for about 6 months. Ran a best of 105 mph at Lake Pleasant in the summer with a 30 Bravo. We went to the Parade of Lights in Havasu. Was going to try a friends 32 Bravo. I was hoping to run 107 or so, then I'd be right with Donnie & Bill. On the way down to Havasu Palms ran 111 mph. Then after getting my two passengers on to other boats made another run, hitting 114.5 on gps. This was right before the run.

Later that day blew the seawater inlet hose off of the pump running with Charlie and his old 26 DCB. Fixed it and got back to Thompson Bay, although it did melt the powdercoat off the IMCO's!
Then riding with Charlie checking his GPS, my wife hit her first 100 mph when she was driving, running 100.1 mph in the Sportcat. Her personal best previously was 87 mph. Water conditions were great. What a weekend!

Long time ago Dave (you know, Dave) and I were at the River. We were running my 21 Daytona really hard and shit was flying off of it. We had electrical issues, stereo issues, and the outboard was mounted way too low. He was really pissed about our day. So.... I encouraged him to start rigging Elims.

"We were running my Daytona really hard when I happened to look over and catch a glimpse of Dave's hair. It was just as perfect as it was when we were at breakfast that morning." :D

Great memory Kilr....that was a great day....:)
Well since I am getting old and can't remember too far back, plus there are too many great memories, so I will just go as far back as Labor Day 05...
Since we stay sober when we drive the boats, we have all have to be responsible or be the DD....well over beers in the bar, we talked about how about another use of the DD....How about a Dock Day....meaning leave the boats in the docks, get all of our friends to the dock and party our a$$es off....As DD's as if we did not drink enough at night after the boats were put away in the docks, we thought lets have a Dock Day (DD) party and never take the boats out....well it sounded like a great idea at the bar the night before...So we proclaimed Sunday during the Labor Day Weeked as Dock Day....
It started out innocent, people drinking, hanging on the dock, I turned the BU around so the Dock could hear the tunes and so DD began...

Then some could not handle the Banana...so to insure he did not burn we made sure he had sunscreen and plenty forced fed liquid..:)
