Sure they can. Take it somewhere that does that. Is the boat in Long Beach?

Adlee (http://adleecoversboats.com/index.htm) in Corona.
Make an appointment. Drop off the boat. Get lunch. Come back and it's done. They make each cover and bimini custom for your boat.

The aluminum framed bimini's are less expensive, but you will be wanting a stainless one if you plan to go cruising at any thing faster than 35 or so with the top up...
Both shops mentioned do nice work. We have had tops made by each.

Haven't bought one in a LONG time. They last a while... Used to bend them up for Adlee back in high school though...
Make some calls on Monday and I'm sure they'll hook you up. The season rush has softened so you'll get quick service from any of the shops you choose. They are all good.
Good luck.
