Good I am sore,but i have this sling that my arm is in that keeps my left arm at a 45 degree so that the muscle in the back of my shoulder stay close together. It sucks trying to work on the computer with one hand.

I had that same injury and it takes some time to heal. That sling is a pain in the ass just to put it on. Hope you get well soon and looking forward to seeing you in Phoenix.
