They also make about $4020 a year with a 12% unemployment rate. 14% of their population make less than a dollar a day.
They can keep their cheap gas, I would rather live in the USA.

E85 will change the cost per bbl,, and look for Archer Daniel Midlands, Con Agra and C&H sugar to be major US energy players in the next 4 years.
Selling the Flat and dropping BugWeezer stock and putting that and other investment capital there.
When E85 takes hold,, fossil fuel prices will "correct".

This is why you don't by Citgo gas (found at most 7-11 stores). Citgo is owned by the Venezuelan government. (The gas probably sucks too!)

Gee, it's their gas, they can charge what ever anybody is willing to pay. It would be like thinking a farmer is a rip off because he gets his corn, milk and eggs for free but charges everyone else.
The real B.S. is that we pay what the oil companies ask ... :D

a barrel is 42 gallons of that you get 18-20 in gas and about 7-9 in diesel
