Of all time, or just one recently........... I need a laugh today so here are my choices off the top of my head.........
Most recently the Mitsubishi one where two trucks square off on the top of a mountain like something evil is under the hood and the one truck gets a leak and starts to "cry". Hysterical commercial.
The Dodge Commercial where the family is in the truck and the mom is schooling the little boy on the etiquette's of life and in the end the dad says something to the effect "Can you say Hemi Son?" Pretty cute.
Last but not least, the California Cow commercials. Crack me up everytime I hear them.

I liked one Miller (beer) had out where it was ragging on the french except for the french guy who invented mayonnaise. Yes, iti s true, I dislike the french.

I liked the Miller commercial where they big fat nasty guy is doing the twist in front of the beer bottle because the cap says twist off.

I thought that was "Discount Tire", maybe it's regional... a classic either way. :D
The Milwaukee's Best commercials are good... Anyone else notice that each one has fewer guys... classic. :D

Miller lite commercial where the couple was watching a sad movie and the girl is weeping pretty bad. The dude tips over his beer as he reaches for it and it rolls down the auditorium floor and breaks. He then starts weeping like his girl. LMFAO just thinking about.

This is not a commercial but a logo I saw on a sh*t pumper at Pomona Fairplex Drag Races, (before they had restrooms they only had honey boxes):
