Here you go...Anyone recognize this boat??
79 Omega bought for $800 with some bad paper.
I got the paper fixed for $20.
I just finished installing the 460 ford last night and have about $1500 in the project thus far.

Many similarities to Sams, many differences too. His trailer is similar, but single axle. What pump are you running? He has an older Dominator (black). You both look to have the same interior but his has a raised "pad" for a backwards (foreward facing) windshield and used to have those "grab-rails" arround the deck. Nice looking boat by the way. :cool:

Here's a pic of my project. I have completely gutted it down to the bare hull. I have a 454 that will be stroked to a 496 and a Berkley JB pump to put in, but I need to finish the hull first.

I have a "splash" of the open bow omega. Its a Rochell which were built in Oklahoma City in 78 and 79.

basically all the board members I may not post a lot but with everyones help I can say I did it. Oh yea fabbed everthing myself with a jigsaw and file. Except for the pillow blox set at 4 deg by Gerald and wsurhr did mill the air cleaner base flat.
Now how the hell do I drive it!!!!
