Storage in Sun Valley, CA

I have an opportunity to sub-lease 1/2 - 3/4 of an acre in Sun Valley, CA. It is gated with non-transparent walls. it would be great for storing RV's, trailers etc and boats for those willing to leave them outside. If I can generate enough interest, I would be willing to do it. Not looking to make any money, but need enough to cover the lease so that I can store my coach there too.
