I'm looking at some property in Arkansas. When I checked the boating regs they said that you had to have 50,000.00 in liability insurance to register your boat. Is this the case? My only insurance on blown, over the transom exhaust, high horsepower flatbottoms, has been space. What about the noise laws?

do u plan on making arkansas your primary residence?.. if not u can keep the boat registered where it is... the arkansas laws applying to insurance do not apply to boats legally registered elsewhere...u may need baffles in your headers to meet noise regulations

I am looking at a place in Mena. I can still maintain a residence in wyoming. I'm not sure what the definitions of primary are. Were you able to get insurance on all of those boats? Thanks.

You are faster than I can edit my mistakes. Are go fast, small boats accepted, as long as you behave, or are you just ticket bait? Yes, I'm old enough to scare the cops off.

i think most places they will leave you alone as long as u dont show your ass or act dangerously... there are plenty of places to ride where its not crowded .. so you can play all you want to

I believe that you do need $50,000 in liablitly in Arkansas and Missouri. Arkansas is pretty liberal with the baffles. I believe they have a noise level law but how are they to check the decibles.
