me and moparjet will be leaving friday morning we are staying at the hampton what boat ramp do we need to go to maybe get someones cell phone # just incase we have never been there

It seems that popular opinion has changed the 'official' boat ramp from Linville (last year) to the Canal Bridge ramp, which, by looking at the map, is ALOT closer to the action, the island, and the interstate.
We rode up there last Sunday, and there's plenty of parking there, as well as decent restrooms, and 3 ramps. Don't know what the lake will be like then, but last week the water was only about 18"-24" down from full.
