I was not down on the beach when he made the second pass. But I did see it from the other side of the pits. Did he run it all the way through that last time? I was thinkin he clicked it off a lil early. maybe not. All I know is that first pass he made on Sunday was f'n stout!

We were pitted on the island and saw the first pass, and as he went through the lights I remember thinking, Man he is really haulin ass. I was on the rope for the second pass and heard the engine pop toward the end of the run but couldn't tell exactly where it happened. It was cool to be right next to the boat when it left though :D

It was Loyd Bell ... Don Bausher's old ride ... and yes ... he did have problems on his last pass ... took the ET & MPH records though ...
Awesome passes all weekend long, a long time overdue for Loydd though.

OUCH! ... yeah, Loydd was on cloud 9 ... nothing could ruin his day ... other than not backing that pass up ... he was pretty happy w/ the boat.

Okay Sangerboy,
Do you want to tell everyone how exactly you tie yourself in knots with the kill switch while on the rope and still cut a good light.......

I'll just say I'm thankful for MSD ignition that starts the engine so quickly after a driver who brainfades by not hooking up the kill switch, flailing around on the blinking amber after realizing the problem, engine starts just as it goes solid and left with a .8 RT

Sounds like it worked well.
You should do that on each start. :D :D
