California School system.. Any insiders with some Pull??

Trying to obtain some records from my education. Unforuntantely even EXPEDITED in the school system is slower then a tortoise. Anyone have any pull that can help me expedite things to real world speed?

Some will entertain emergency requests, if you have one (hint, hint). Think of a good one.
Visit them in person, kill them with kindness and remember, people usually are always willing to help if asked correctly. Lay down a good story and you might get lucky.
Sometimes though, records are archived and stored off-site and even a willing clerk might no be able to help you.
