That's funny! I won a killer set of speaker covers from Magic34 last poker run. I just haven't had any time to put them on. So they are sitting in a storage compartment in the boat! Who wants to work on the boat when your at the river! :smile: Maybe I can convince Bunny and Mrs.roxysnow to get on there knees and do a little work! :D Oh, on the speaker covers!!! :D

By the way, this isn't a Sleek/Magic only event.
It seems there may just be a good # of Magic/Sleek because they are on the mailing list.
Everyone is welcome to attend. This Poker Run isn't a huge long one like the others. A few miles one way and a few the other way. Last year was about 35 boats or so, 83 degrees, and a lot of fun.
Just a good hang out weekend. Last year, it was glass to the first stop.
The peeps from Sleek/Magic just go through the effort of putting this little nice event on.
Roxy and da Bunny's are going. That means a ***boat good time.

Just checked the web cam and the water seems to be up. Should be OK launching anywhere this weekend and next if the water stays the same.
It seems to be at the regular summertime level, at least I see no waterline, or a very small one if that.

Water level seems to be at normal operating range. It looks that if it is down at all, it is just a few inches. Shouldn't be a problem launching anywhere.

A good donation is heading to the food bank. It was a little cold until about noon at speed on the water, but it was another November poker run on glass.
Next year, I am going to do it in a fishing boat.

I'm telling you...I was more excited than him...and that we didn't break...he's notorious for that (but not in the DCB...so far). I felt much more comfortable with the small amount of boats. We've done many a poker run and there's always that moment when you're in the middle of it all trying to get to the front and you don't know who's going to come creeping through and practically spray you and then that damned Predator guy :cry: just flies by you all and then you're stuck in the crap the whole way after. Boy, now I miss the poker runs again. :D How long 'till April?? :)

We had a great time. I was up early but breakfast took forever! :jawdrop: We just made the start and starting working our way thru boats. That was fun! I saw Magic34's big tuna boat and dropped the sticks trying to catch those guys. After we passed the last boat we realized we had know idea were the card stop was and backed it down and cruised in. :D :D Only Money and Magic34's boat were hauling the mail. :jawdrop: What a great weekend, thanks Magic! And thank you Michael for your product. I wiped the boat down and had no spots, sweet. :D We are in for next year.
